Job Scopes:
- Design creative Website Mock-ups Design based on client’s requirements.
- Preferred design in Adobe XD, company will provide the software license.
- Responsible in Website Research for design conceptual ideas.
- Mobile Responsive Design– create mobile mock-ups to ensure the website layout compatible with all mobile devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet.
- Responsible for the Graphic Design related to website banners, and all graphic elements.
- Perform various design tasks as required – saving and editing images, organizing, researching when required.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for implementation.
03 Web Developer
Job Scopes:
- To develop, and maintain full-stack WORDPRESS (Corporate & E-Commerce) websites.
- Strong knowledge in website development setup via MYSQL Management / CPanel / Direct Admin
- Ensure complete, Mobile Responsive Design for all device sizes.
- To deploy Website Optimization practices to improve the user experience and loading speed on websites.
- Collaborate with the Team in the design and development of websites.
- Responsible for the Website Layout Structure based on client’s information and requirements.
- Ability to understand CSS changes to ensure Consistent Style across platforms and browsers.
- Have knowledge in Setting up Google Analytics & Google Webmaster
04 HR Admin
Job Scopes:
- Posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- To ensure staff databases are properly updated.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Prepare letters of Appointment, confirmation, etc.
- Manage and handle employee relations, disciplinary, and termination processes in compliance with labor and industrial relation requirements.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate or lead company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Birthday Party, etc.
- Developing programs to enhance employee morale and retention, such as recognition programs or team-building activities
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
- Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.
- Assist in performing detail checking on the website for all devices (Training will be provided).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the managers.
