MyDIGITAL Corporation was incorporated in September 2021 as a Strategic Change Management Office to lead national level change management in driving the execution of the initiatives under the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint and the National 4IR Policy.

Problems

The company wished to invent a new website with enhanced content manager aspect. Besides, an analytic tool was also required to allow tracking of visitor behaviour and marketing performance.

Result

To respond to the company’s requirements, we guided the company about the website usage so that they may update the content at will. The usage of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) has improved the company visibility to reach a wider range of audience. Additionally, the analytic tools has offered a great assistance to the company in tracking of visitor behavior and measuring marketing performance.
